This pregnant Spanish-speaking woman always has an attitude. I shouldn't feel that I have to gauge myself when I am coming to spend money at a business that is supposed to be a professional environment. When she wasn't pregnant she was rude. She would roll her eyes often and start speaking Spanish because majority of the employees are speaking Spanish today. I visited this location. I always use my app for points whenever you get to the window and tell them that it's like an attitude like a problem, why do you have such a feature if it's such a problem to use it? Everyone doesn't even know how to use. It starts in Spanish and you can see that she's talking badly about me. I visit this location extremely frequently today. I'm not sure if her hormones were raging today that she is pregnant but She disrespected me. I let her know that I could not put my coupon in with the robot because she always my order she yells at me telling me you need to put it in with the robot ahead of time so what is it for you to scan my code and just fill a drink nothing at all, but you wanted to be difficult and try to embarrass me in front of your coworkers. She then proceeds talking in Spanish to a girl in a black shirt. She claims that that is her manager , no one said anything. No one tried to calm her down. They allowed her to yell and be rude to me. She needs to be fired. She does not need to work. She's always frustrated and always has going on for years. I am literally spending my money here. This is racism at its finest. Read moreI’m not the one to risk anyone’s job but the service I received from here on my last visit was the worse I’ve seen in fast food. This young lady in this photo HATES her job and she had no issue showing it to the customer. Extremely rude, kept huffing and puffing, yelling out the window as I’m waiting on my food complaining about how many cars keep pulling up in the driveway and it was only 2am when this location closes at 4am. The staff didn’t have any rhythm at all of trying to push the food out to the customers. The lead for the night was cursing out loud being completely unprofessional.10 mins went by and everyone avoid coming back to the window and the lead member finally came and said “why are you still here”. I waited for my food for almost 20 mins as they huffed puffed complained and totally neglected servicing the guest and delivering food to the guest. Read moreI’ve experienced one of the worst experiences at this location, well it wouldn’t be the first time anyway! IF I CAN RATE THIS NEGATIVE A COUPLE STARS, ITS HONESTLY WHAT THEY DESERVE! The employees got mad over something they get paid to do and that’s take my order correctly and cook my food! Whoever was taking my order didn’t get it right after explaining it literally over and over 5 times. The speaker was working fine and I Projected my voice loud enough to hear and comprehend what me and my family wanted to eat! I mean I was speaking her language. As I get to the window of course the women gets my order wrong and I was telling her what I wanted AGAIN! the 3 employees cooking got mad and were yelling and slamming the refrigerator and slamming the frozen food in the talking negative about my order when it should’ve been right the first time. They made me pull over and make me wait almost 25+ MINUTES for 4 other chicken sandwich’s that should’ve been ready and in the bag when the girl passed it to me the first time.
