Pull up your 'boot straps' folks, because I have a review for you. (1st, let me qualify myself). I used to be a Cust. Serv. Rep II for the water company in Miami. During my 3 & 1/2 - 4 years, I received 11 letters of commendations from customers, so I know what Real customer service is. I have never experienced such terrible 'service'. I was told that a technician would come to bring a new stove between 2-6. Of course no one showed. So I called the next day to inquire why. I left a message. 2 hours later, I get a text from 'someone' saying that they were at the hospital & can they call me later; no introduction or no identifying themselves. So, I'm trying to ask 'who is this?', to which I got a 'flippant' response. Then I expressed that they contacted me. Then she Finally says that I left a massage at Carl's. Then I told her that noone showed yesterday. She checked with the tech & he came to my door, but the door was 'locked', so he left. SO HE DIDN'T KNOCK ON THE DOOR. So I had to wait Again for this guy to show up between 2-6 the next day. Now, since I only live less than a mile from the store, you would think that I would have been his 1st stop. Well, he showed up at 6:30, after I called around 5:30, because I was afraid he wouldn't show up again. Anyway, I would have to give this company a -5 on a scale of 1 to 10 for customer service. Read moreThis place is the WORST! My recommendation is to stay away at all costs. Unfortunately the owner is lucky to have a contract with my management company and I had to try and work with them on a washing machine replacement. Very arrogant and does not care for his business. The owner himself calls to schedule appointments and then no one showed up 4 consecutive times. When you speak to him about it, he tells you how you should be patient because this is how business is done and acts like he's doing you a favor by giving some lame excuse as to why no one showed up. Ummm nope. To the owner: I'm so surprised that you haven't been more successful in your business with your business insight. Keep things up like this and you will eventually have no customers and be bankrupt. I'm pretty sure the business world would be better for it anyway. Read moreI bought a used refrigerator from this business and within the first month started having issues with the refrigerator not cooling any food and the freezer not retaining cold air. I was within the warranty period so I called the Carl who sent out a technician that didn't speak English, spent five minutes at my home before pointing at a sign is in the refrigerator indicating I needed to call the company that made the fridge and then left. I then contacted a separate appliance repair company that seem to fix the problem only to have the same problem reoccur after a week. I ended buying a whole new fridge. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone please avoid!! The owner "Carl" is uncaring and once he has been payed could care less about his customers satisfaction or his own...
