Took my iphone in to get the back glass replaced. Owner informed me that while trying to replace the back glass, he pinched the main screen which he the replaced. Got the phone back, it was glitching horribly. Took it back, he replaced it again… still, glitching horribly. Both screens were faulty (not original iPhone screens of course). He said he couldn’t refund me as they do not refund for any repairs (he did fix the back) but he did damage the main screen… accidents happen, I get it. I just went to apple for a whole new phone. This review is to bring awareness to the iPhone parts… if it isn’t original/ authentic, your phone will not operate the same. Don’t spend double the amount trying to go the cheaper way of getting your unit “repaired.” You’ll end up spending unnecessarily.
Reply.. maybe you didn’t finish reading it. Yes you replaced the back but you still messed up the front. As a result of faulty screens my phone didn’t work the same-no matter how many times you changed it sir. But I strongly feel iPhone users should be aware of what can happen not only by you but other repair shops that is NOT Apple. Understand?...

first came here years ago and had a good experience — Sean was helpful and solved the problem I came in with. That’s why I trusted them again.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very different. The replacement screen I received had serious issues: ghost touches, a burn spot at the top, and after the repair my charging port stopped holding the charger properly. When I went back, the shop showed no interest in fixing the problem.
I understand cheaper parts may not look as good as original ones, but they should at least work correctly. This experience left me feeling let down, and I want others to know before...
