I’m an Indian who loves Indian food, and Trini food is heavily influenced by Indian flavors and culture, so it stands to reason that I love Trini food :)
I got the goat curry plate with the daalpuri (recommended over the plain roti), and the aloo pie with meat, both were incredible. I was hoping the daalpuri wouldn’t be sweet since I’m not a fan of its Indian cousin, the puranpoli. But it was not sweet at all, and paired well with the tender goat chunks & spicy curry. The aloo meat pie is akin to the India beef mince cutlet/potato “chop” but on steroids! Insanely flavorful, and goes well with their two side sauces, the sweet one and the spicy tangy one reminiscent of hot buffalo sauce. Just… chef kiss!
I’m sad that I have but one meal to spare on Naz Roti but I am grateful to have tried it. If you’re in the mood for authentic Trini food, give them a try. You...

Pat catered our 1st ever holiday party. I've already told her that "She's it!" Everyone wanted to know who the caterer was, & of course I told them it was Pat & her staff of Naz Roti. I even gave them directions to her restaurant. It was such a joy seeing everyone thoroughly enjoying their meal...roti, rice & peas, stewed chicken, stewed beef, fried plantain etc. Pat your culinary skills are exceptional. Thanks for the great food, great hospitality & most of all pulling everything together at such...

I went with the mixed veggie meal that came with channa, pumpkin, spinach, potato and a side of roti. DELICIOUS!!!! Very home cooked and warming; the roti was thin and airy. My grandma loved it too! Amazing value for the portions.
I might make this a monthly or even weekly dinner option. Thank you so much for the...
