I wish it was possible to give more stars to Drew, Zeke & their shop! When you walk in you are welcomed with open arms and true hearts! TRUE HEART is the best way to describe River City Relics! It is very clear that all the pieces done by them are done with love & a piece of their heart goes into every piece. They are very talented and bring life to furniture that most people would never have the vision for! I am so happy and proud that they took the risk to open their shop in our town of Yankton, SD! Drew and his staff are always super friendly and always greet you right when you walk through their business. They appreciate every single customer that walks through their doors, even if they leave empty handed. Drew is professional and listened to exactly what I wanted when I brought him and old sewing table that I wanted to refurbish use as an end table. Nice stuff inside, but it's not worth the passive aggressive treatment from the employees. Was I in just a t-shirt & yoga pants? Yes, it's laundry day. However, I fail to see why the ladies felt it important to follow us around the store, until we left due to feeling completely uncomfortable. I was shocked when the lady actually took a picture of my daughter and I getting into my car as if we did anything to merit such treatment. I really wanted that fancy furniture polish, but I'm not going back into a place to spend our hard earned money only to be treated like a criminal. Besides the prices are way over...
