Copious artifacts, nicely displayed, along with videos and interactives, all aim to instill a nuanced appreciation of this underrated president and unfairly maligned general. This is a wonderful exhibition of Ulysses Grant’s life and his accomplishments. There are several touch screen interactions that allow you to delve more into the history of his life. This was an excellent showcase for the minimal floorspace taken on the 4th floor. Interactive, fun life size statues, and gilded age memorabilia that really paints the picture of the era.
