I’ve been to Einstein’s Bros Bagels on campus twice in the past week, and both times my experience has been disappointing. Each visit, they’ve either gotten my order wrong or forgotten part of it. Just last week, a staff member charged me for a bagel and a drink, then later claimed she hadn’t charged me for the bagel and made me pay again after I spoke up and asked about my order after waiting over 30 minutes.
Both times I’ve gone, no one greets customers — they just say, “What do you want?” There was a line of about six people waiting to order, but only two workers were there: one making the orders, and the other standing in the corner on her phone until she finally noticed the line and then rolled her eyes.

The only thing I hope is that their muffins and pastries were a little less sweet. Other than that, it provides a great snack/lunch option in the library. I just wish that they were open for more hours, especially during...
