I just had antique and vintage jewelry examined by Kari for the second time in two years. She is feeling like an old friend, not just because of the repeat business, but because of her genuine warmth and caring professionalism. My mom passed away a month ago. Kari was respectful and patient, taking time to check out every piece I brought in. She was able to show love and joy while I showed off my moms collection. She gave me honest opinions of what was good and what was not valuable, while still honoring my mom. It was so nice to have somebody praising my mom's sense of taste💕

I just can't say enough good things about Gem jewelry store. There is no way it feels like a "small" store. Everything is professional and too notch. Kari bought many items I had brought in, and was able to test and assess items from all over the world for me. I never felt rushed. I always knew I was able to trust Kari with the items I left with her while she was assessing them.

I got a very fair price for what I sold. I was able to negotiate without worry. Kari was also very responsive and quick to communicate through the process.

I have my eye on a few pieces in the store, so I will definitely be back to say hi AND make purchases....

Sadly disappointed with our service from here. My fiancé brought my ring into fix and it ended up taking a lot longer than quoted as well costed a lot more than quoted. At that point we should have sent it else where - that’s our mistake! I really wish they would’ve told us that repairing hand made jewelry is not their specialty. They thought the finish of the jewelry was dirt and made it look completely different as well as the ring is waaay too big for me now - falls right off. Luckily the original maker (who doesn’t make jewelry anymore) is fixing it for us!! I’m sure gem jewelers is great for other things and they sell beautiful jewelry! but for resizing/repairing handmade silversmith jewelry I would look...

I went into GEM Jewelers for their grand opening just to support a local business. But it was the best random decision I’ve made. Not only did I find the PERFECT engagement ring for a price that no other jewelry store could compete with but they’ve become my go-to for all things jewelry. I have high standards and I am not easily impressed. However, we have taken a few pieces in for repairs and they have exceeded my expectations every time! They not only do amazing work but they ALWAYS go above and beyond with service. They work faster than any other jewelry store I’ve worked for or dealt with and I love knowing it’s all done in house.
