I've been here about a dozen times in the past year. Food is usually awesome but today it was not good at all. Spent $68 and got 3 orders of fries that tasted very undercooked and were cold, chickens strips (1 was super over cooked, the others were on the verge of raw. 3 gyros, all 3 were super dry. Very little sauce on them. 2 of the fries were the gryr fries which, like the order with the chicken strips, were super undercooked & soggy. They also had no seasoning on them, which surprised me because I watched the young lady put seasoning on them but the flavor was not there...salt, Greek seasoning, nothing. All in all, I was super disappointed in this visit. Not sure if this place changed ownership or something but it's not the same. Never had a bad meal here but tonight, all 3 of our meals were not good. Additionally, I ordered 2 extra sides of sauce and did not get it. Read moreI was pleasantly surprised by Acropolis Gyros! Missoula doesn't strike me as a very diverse town and I've met some Greek business owners in Cleveland who really know how to make a gyro! My husband and I split a large gyro and fries for lunch while visiting Missoula and it was so good! Grilled chicken was dry and very peppery. Had a slight bitter taste. The falafel was actually pretty good though. Both gyros were overstuffed with iceberg lettuce making me feel like I was eating a taco from taco bell. $0.75 for a tablespoon of feta. tzatziki was pretty vague tasting, lubed the chicken okay tho.
Not worth it for the price of $10.75, might as well get Pita Pit.
