I do not write this review lightly, but I feel an obligation to inform our community of what to expect. I bought a used truck from here a month ago thinking it would be safer as a small local dealer. Buying a used vehicle is a risk which I understand, sometimes you lose. I was on the losing side which totaled about $1000 in different repairs. The problem with this is that the dealership and/or its mechanic clearly knew about these issues but covered them up and sold the vehicle. There were a total of 8 engine codes that had obviously been erased by the dealer which resurfaced on my drive home after the purchase. One of a few issues was that the PCV line was completely broken. So far I am lucky that this hasn't appeared to cause any permanent engine damage by sucking in debris into the engine. Additionally, the transmission cooler manifold had several leaks which were all cleaned up to hide well enough that I did not see it during the test drive period, this also needed replaced. After fixing all of these issues, it came time to get plates and pay taxes on the vehicle. This dealership never sent the title to my bank, it took several phone calls over a week period from both me and the bank to get the title sent over. My bank informed me that this is a very common issue with this dealership and they seem to have many title issues including not having the title in their name, not having the title at all, and even salvage titles. At the end, the bank did not receive the title until 30 days after the sale, at which time your temp tags will expire. I will say that this dealership does a very good job detailing vehicles. Many paint chips and small scratches could not be seen until a couple car washes later. All in all, I would highly recommend just going to Team Chevy or another larger dealership in bluffs. You might still get a bad used vehicle, but at least it wont be due to shady cover ups...
Read moreMake sure u do your homework before buying a vechical from them. Went to look at a 2019 Nissan frontier that they have for a buddie of mine. They worked on a price and it was looking to be a sale. The dealer then told us yes clean vechical no previous wreck that they got it from another dealer we do business with. Which dealers do all the time trade vechicals back and forth so it was understandable. So they had a deal made so we ran home to grab the check from my buddies bank. I had a strange feeling about the pickup so I googled the VIN and oh my God this pickup came from a salvage auction in colorado. Wrecked beyond belief. I was so upset because if I wouldn't of looked my buddie would have make a big mistake by purchasing a pickup which has been in a severe wreck. Very scary business. So then my buddie called them to question them on this detail they left out and they acted like they had no clue who he even was. No apology nothing. Very poor...
Read moreBe cautious buying from this place. I was helping a friend look for a commuter car. We looked at and test drove one of their cars on a Saturday and she told them she would think about it. She looked at it again that following Wednesday and she asked what they were willing to get for the car. She offered the price point they gave and asked if they would be willing to have a mirror fixed and possibly new tires (tires were bare). Both reasonable requests. They said they would get back with her. She never heard from them. She had her husband call that Saturday as she was out of town and they had sold the car to someone else without talking with her. She had made an offer first, the least they could have done was said no, but they didn’t even have the decency to call her back. Poor...
