Subway — Restaurant in Mitchell

On my lunch break I went into subway and stood in line to order. I told the employees what I wanted and they put it in the toaster like I asked. Shortly into it a lady came in to pick up an order she placed earlier. The workers had no idea she had placed an order and had to make it on the spot in front of my sandwich. They made her stuff and then went to mine and put all the toppings on it and I went to pay. I paid and grab the sandwich they handed me and left to my car. In my car I checked the sandwich and they gave me one of the ladies sandwiches from before. I went in to get the right one and lucky the lady had noticed she got the wrong sandwich as well and went in. I went in and the workers remade the ladies sandwich that they gave me instead but they didnt remake mine. Pretty much our go to restaurant after church or for a quick dinner grab. Service is usually swift, but they can get bogged down at times with orders. Been here multiple times when only 1 employee is having to do it all.

Just discovered online ordering and will only use that going forward. Great way to order 4 sandwiches 🥪 show up and pay without the wait.

A lady named Tina that work here is very rude to her employees & customers. In fact if i was the one employee i would of walked out after she belittled her so badly in front of a whole lot of customers.
