Mitchell Aquatic Center — Local services in Mitchell

Update: Usually love this place but this is the 2nd time this summer that I went to order food while we were there and they were out. They had just opened so I just don't understand. Still get swim park but if you don't want to serve certain foods they shouldn't be on the menu.

My daughter loves this place. Can get crowded but what pool doesn't in the summer. The only complaint is that the never open before 1PM which is a real let down in the summer especially if you want to do other things. Plus we are just early people. Maybe in the future. Love the slides...

We usually have a fantastic time here and today was no different. We were enjoying ourselves so much we stayed until close at 8pm. Whistles went 2 minutes early and it was announced that the pool was now closed (understandable) as we were gathering our things, about 8:02pm a girl went on the announcements and said "Everybody get out now. We're closed." Very curtly and many of the guards started laughing. My family and I were very unimpressed by this and we now have very sour tastes in our mouths from this establishment if this is acceptable...

The worst pool I’ve been to in a long time! We have been to tons of pools big and small and never been told no life jackets! My daughter is 3 and tall, couldn’t go down the slide with me holding her. When I asked the reason for no life jackets the lifeguard just walked away from me. This used to be fun but they’ve gotten carried away with useless rules! Lifeguards don’t do their job either. Witnessed a little boy under and splashing. His sister pulled him out and she was no older than 6!! People were yelling and pointing and she never got up...
