Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mitchell

Do yourself a favor and order from Domino's or Marco's instead. I was working in Mitchell for 6 weeks and I repeatedly tried to do business with this terrible place. I used to really enjoy the creamy chicken alfredo and wings. It never failed to get worse and worse. The first time I ordered delivery, the order was not even close to what I had ordered, then the delivery guy seemed angry I didn't tip. So next time I ordered, (around 8 p.m.), the phone rang and rang until it was finally answered by their national order line who took my order, charged my card and said it would be ready momentarily, I ordered take out this time so I could at least check my order and get what I wanted. Guess what? The place was locked up, closed at 830. So I had to call the stupid national line again and beg them to refund the money on my card, but not before being accused of being a theif. The next time I just went to their dirty little store, again around 8 p.m., the hours clearly state they are open til 11 p.m., guess what? Closed. This place never fails to fail. I am done with pizza hut altogether fore ever. The pizza hut in Watertown is no better. I do hope the owners see this review and change their tactics but will do no good getting me back through their...

Attempted to order pizza at 12 they close at 1. My tracker said still preparing at 12:30. I chose to wait, as the estimated time was 12:35 for delivery. At about 12:55 I called wondering what was going on. I assumed they were just busy (since it was Halloween night) and the driver got backed up. But instead they told me they didn't have a driver that night and doordash had to pick it up and the driver didn't show up. So they canceled my order at 1 and closed the store. I realize the doordash situation with the driver was out of the stores control but the food was done at 1230 and they just waited, didn't call me, didn't message me. No warning that my order was screwed by delivery and I was never going to get it. I really wish they would have attempted to communicate the issue to me and I would have picked it up myself. I am extremely disappointed as I have ordered pizza hut over 100 times at multiple different locations and have never experienced this...

If your looking for service, go somewhere else. It took an hour to get my food, 3 tables in the building had people sitting at it.... the young girl with the blue hair told us she was running behind.... 2 times our food was given to a different table, also 2 times she came to us to verify our order because she couldn't remember thr order. At this point Helen Keller could do a better job, this young lady is the worst example of pizza hut and shouldn't hold a job here. DO NOT COME HERE, you will only leave wondering how she is capable of making it to work being so incompetent. I hope pizza hut sees this and takes immediate action, she would probably be better suited working at a place that requires her to only breath. My guess she is related to whomever hired her.
