I purchased a new stove and refrigerator from this company in July or so. They are the worst. I really didn't use my oven over the summer but I did for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Half of the food was cooked on one side and and not fully cooked on the otherside. They also tell LIES! the old man, I am assuming his name is bob, is not a good person. You just cant talk to him. He will never get another red cent from me. When the men dropped off my $4000 stove and refrigerator I told them it was dirty. Hair was in it and everything. He took his dirty hands and wiped it out. Of course I did bleached it but, that's not the point, if it was brand new like he told me I was getting it would not have had anything inside of it. I know it wasn't our hair because it was a different kind of hair. The delivery guy said, no its not brand new. I told him I want a brand new one not a display. He said we don't have any, there are not extra in the back. I said, that what the old man told me. That was a lie, they sold it under false pretences. I am going to speak with an attorney, out of this area and ask if it is legal what they did. I am so angry. They have been back 2 times and still do not have it working properly. They called me the earlier part of the week and said that they would be coming to my home to fix the stove, guess what they called had to cancel. From what I understand is the fan is not working properly and he oven light doesn't. I told the guy who I purchased it from, That I have not even used the oven that much so I don't understand why it stopped working and then I mentioned that the year will be up soon ad so will the warranty. He asked me if I wanted to purchase another warranty.... NO I don't even want your stove. Don't trust this company, Do not try to be kind to the little store in Moberly, because they dont treat you right. Go to the large companys at least your money will be well spent and...

My Father bought a lift chair to help mobility after heart surgery. My parents looked at the chair in the store and thought it would be fine. The chair is not working out, less than a week after delivery. The store REFUSED to take the chair back or even exchange. The chair was a display sold at full price, so it was already used. we called 3 days after delivery. the return policy was not mentioned and not posted. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM HERE IS VERY UNCOOPERATIVE. Please do not subject yourself or your family to this business. If I could select zero stars I would. I always buy appliances from Art's. Not only to they sell the best appliances in town, but they can service the appliances! So hard to find. Plus, everyone there is so nice and helpful. I have also bought a lot of furniture there over the years. If they don't have what I'm looking for, they always offer to order what I need and get it for me at a reasonable price.
