It is difficult to rate an outdoor mall. Nonetheless this one had parking and sidewalks and a building which are all appropriate for an outdoor mall. If it had had dirt instead of pavement that would have been a big minus. If the building had been falling down that would have been a big minus. Gregory Gardens is a handy little strip mall I like to use. The Dollar General is a place to stop for if you need something quick, you can"t beat the prices.
