Very romantic music played over the stereo our entire stay. The atmosphere was very much the same. It felt like a romantic evening. Despite that it was also very casual. Also had a bit of the mobster back alley Italiano restaraunt where you feel like it is almost a front for the mob. Lol jk
Food was exceptional. The bread and balsamic vinaigrette and seasoning brought to the table was very delicious.
Later we had ordered bruschetta which had tons of diced tomatoes and parmasan cheese which we drizzled the balsamic vinaigrette onto which made them even more delicious.
She ended up getting pesto ravioli and I got Pollo Jerusalem. Which was chicken, mashed potatoes, artichoke hearts, garlic, green onions and mushrooms with a white wine cream sauce. Both tasted delicious.
They were also very accommodating to saute my mushrooms separately with balsamic vinaigrette. I added a bit more but it really didn't need it, I just really like balsamic vinegar.
Service was very prompt and very friendly. We were checked on and also given plenty of time to ourselves so that we could stare and smile at each other, hold hands etc. Food was brought out faster than we were expecting and was very fresh. Surprisingly parking was very plentiful for such a small restaraunt, very nice!
Definitely would like to go back again sometime. Not in the best neighborhood though. I would say definitely make sure your vehicle and valuables are kept safe while you're there. Very happy with my...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I had a wonderful dinner date at Palermo Restaurant Italian Cucina, and it truly exceeded our expectations. I ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs, and she went for the Chicken Parmigiana. Both dishes were fantastic—the taste was spot on, and the presentation was exactly as described in the menu. We were thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of the food.
The service was equally delightful. Despite it being a Sunday evening, our server greeted us with a warm smile and was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to accommodate my girlfriend’s request for a different sauce, which really elevated our dining experience. Her professionalism and positive attitude helped make our evening special.
The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting. We loved the thoughtful interior design, the artwork, and the overall relaxing vibe—it was the perfect setting for an intimate Sunday dinner.
In terms of value, the pricing was more than fair for the quality, atmosphere, and service we received. Our meal for two, including a nice tip, came to just over $50, which we found to be reasonable for such a pleasant dining experience.
We’ll definitely be back, and we highly recommend Palermo Restaurant Italian Cucina for a memorable Italian meal. A great spot for a cozy...
Read moreFirst I would like to point out that this is just a review of my experience at this place. The service a great, our waiter was there all asking if we need it anything and removing place as they became available. The restaurant is clean, clean toilets and friendly staff. The food is what most people say this place is known for and they all were right. The food was delicious, big portions and they come right away. They very accommodating and we truly enjoy the place. Now couple of things to keep I mind one is location, the parking lot and location of the restaurant is questionable, by all mean do not let this stop for trying this place but I do mention it because I think you should be aware. There are no fountain drinks, so for those that like to drink soda, they are all served as caned sodas (no refills). Besides those things a mention this place is a hidden gem that you at least give them a try, as the food and service may help overlook the location. As for me i hope I will...
