If it had a 0 star i would totally give it that me and my partner came and forgot his tools he had in his head they loan them they do not the front check in guy was rude as hell after i said nevermind we are not gonna go back after all he then said oh well the transaction is already done i said well we are not going back and i just want my $6 back he said rudely you aint getting no money back youll have to talk to my manager totally unprofessional i said ok thats fine he walked off to the portable behind the check in station and then sent me to a gal with black straight who was talking to another co worker about our situation but why??? Then she tells me go to the other window so i did then the manager a big white rude man with grey hair was question why we wanted the $6 i told him why he said thats why its called pick and pull do it yourself he was also rude i then i said i know that i dont need you to tell me all this for $6 is nuts then he sends me back to the black hair girl and shes still talking about us wanting the $6 and taking her sweet time printing a receipt checking it off and being so slow with the transaction then she counts the money out to me 2xs i just looked at her amd said all that for $6 and walled off as we left that was ridiculous bad customer service and they all are very unprofessional WE WILL NOT BE...

either lies about parts compatibility or the system is wrong ether way. i was given a list of parts compatible for my truck. with a list of locations and alternative parts. i asked before paying, positive these parts will work, cause i dont have extra money to waist. was told yes these parts are the same. took to local shop to have put on and guy came to find out they are different part was the right size length but fitting where to small. so now its ok for u guys to lie ( false advertise ) trick me into buying. thats not right. asked for a refund was told no asked guy for his name he walked away didnt see him come back another employee did. told him that was false advertisement. and that i was lied to to buy part.( was not as described ) i just got a smile and said thats not my fault. i want my money back on these parts i was lied to about. im glad to bring it all back due to it dont work. u guys dont have what is needed. plus u lied. i wont come back. im not going to wait months till u finally update yard or the chance that u get the right part. any ways thanks hopefully shop will be done putting the broken parts back on tomorrow...

I went with my husband to sell our truck. We didn't expect a whole lot because it's a junk yard and what else can you expect but poor quality from a junk yard. Except that isn't what we got. While it's definitely the got the junk yard, salvage yard, tow yard (insert whatever you call it) vibe, we had a very pleasant experience. The lady (I wish I'd gotten her name to properly give her a shout out) was everything you'd want in the front end of customer service. She was polite, prompt, did everything to make the process smooth and efficient. She was very accommodating and was quick to get us in and out. The process for paperwork was done without any hassles as long as you come in with the required forms and do what you're supposed to do. She was quick to guide us into the lot. She got us a check for the proper amount we were quoted. And got us out within 30 minutes. Definitely recommend for...
