I had a terrible experience with this computer repair shop and would not recommend them to anyone.
First, the entire process took over three weeks—much longer than I was told when I first brought my PC in. To make matters worse, the issue was originally misdiagnosed, which wasted even more time and made me question their expertise.
When I finally got my computer back, I was shocked at the state it was in. The wire management was atrocious, with cables sticking out everywhere, making the setup look messy and unprofessional. On top of that, two of my case fans weren’t even working, which was something they either didn’t notice or didn’t care to fix.
The worst part was their horrible communication throughout the entire process. I had to constantly chase them for updates because they rarely kept me informed about what was going on. Every time I called, it felt like I was being brushed off with vague answers or excuses.
This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere...

Me being a novice at best took it apart and replaced the power cord inside the laptop.. it pulled off the board and the new one slid right in it. No broken pins as he stated when I picked it up either. I wish I could give him a star less to be honest. Cost me $8 to fix it myself, it's a 2 year old laptop touch screen and now works perfect he was going to offer me $200 for it. It was 2,300 when I bought it.... He tried to scam me big...
