My family and I chose to dine here tonight for dinner based on the high praise we heard from a close family friend, and I must say it was well earned. We started with a bruschetta topped with fresh mozzarella which was very well done and you could taste the freshness and the quality of the ingredients used. And for our entree we ordered the table side tossed cheese pasta . And this was an entire experience in and of itself where they brought a cart with the cheese wheel on it and a hot plate to heat the pasta and the liquor used to melt the cheese. The very kind gentleman who was cooking for us started by scraping the cheese wheel , the he proceeded to light a grape clear liquor and pour it into the wheel in order to melt the cheese , he the proceeded to put the pasta and the sauce into the wheel and stirred in order to ensure the cheese was thoughtfully incorporated into the pasta. And I must say it was breathtakingly delicious highly recommended. And finally for our desert we ordered the bananas foster - and this entailed the same hot plate being brought over on a cart and they started by peeling and slicing the bananas and putting them in a pan with butter. He then proceeded to put a generous amount of brown sugar and cinnamon into the pan followed by some orange liquor. The mixture the caught alight ( as shown in picture) caramelizing it. It was then served over vanilla ice-cream. This is a must have desert and an easy tip five desert of all time . Overall great experience with incredible food and a very friendly waitstaff - would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and entertaining meal

First time my friends & I ate here & we loved it! Jo Jo (owner), who also does the tableside pasta, is hilarious without intending to be. My friends & I had the linguine tossed in Parmigiano reggiano cheese with chicken & tomato cream sauce & my fiance had the cacio e pepe with shrimp & all were delicious! None of us could finish all that food & Jo Jo said it would taste even better the next day & he was not kidding. We've been telling all our other friends about this place & we'll definitely return to try their other dishes.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been to this spot, since I don’t pass through Mohnton very often. My son and I decided to stop in around 6pm on a Friday after reading that it was kid-friendly, with paper tablecloths for coloring and kids meals.

Right when we walked in, we saw a sign asking customers to “be thankful for those who did show up to work” due to staffing shortages. I haven’t seen something like that posted since 2021, and honestly, it set the tone in the wrong direction — almost like they were lowering expectations before we even sat down.

Service turned out to be fine overall. Our server was nice, but she only checked on us once and never offered a drink refill.

The kids meal was where the shock came in: $11 for chicken fingers and fries. ELEVEN dollars, and that didn’t even include a drink — we had to pay extra for a soda.

I ordered the grilled chicken garden salad. The salad part was good — crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers. But the chicken? Definitely not grilled. It reminded me of plain, boiled chicken that had been reheated. No seasoning at all, tough and chewy.

I really wanted to like this place given all the positive reviews, but our experience just didn’t match up. Maybe it was an off night, but it was disappointing.

I’m leaving three stars because the atmosphere was nice and the garlic bread was excellent — definitely...

Really authentic Italian cuisine, owned and operated by an Italian family, three generations I believe. I love the pizza, baked in a wood stove, and the lobster macaroni (I think that's what it's called, I don't always get my pasta noodles straight) is like heaven! They have a nice restaurant and a friendly bar environment, plenty of off street parking, dine in, carry out, and season pending, I think they do have some outside tables. It's very clean and all of the traditional Italian dishes and the pizza, sandwiches and salads are really well prepared, not slapped together by just anyone. They're actually chefs and take pride in their work, as well as their workplace environment. It's clean and the food is always fresh, which is a huge plus for any restaurant, but especially in these recent times. It's like taking pride in your own kitchen for your family. It's basically their family's table, their business and their lives come together and that means a lot, to dine together as a family. But if you're not able to get it all together with conflicting, busy schedules, this would be a great place to start at least one family meal a week. They even serve breakfast, so that opens the possibilities even more. I hope that this is helpful, as I know there's always so many pizza shops around, but this is a step way above and you'll fell and taste...
