Verizon — Local services in Monahans

Rude people work here I called for an accessory and they said they had it then when I went 40 miles btw they said they didn’t know what I was talking about so then I showed them I just got off the phone with you and I EVEN CALLED BEFORE I WENT UP THERE SO I WOULDNT MAKE A FREAKING BLANK TRIP CAUSE IT WILL PISS ME OFF CAUSE I LIVE SO FAR.! SO I CALLED THEY SAID THEY HAD IT AND THEN I GET THERE AND THEY SAY NO NOBODY HERE TALKED TO YOU AND IT PISS ME OFF EVEN MORE AND I SAID WHAT IS Y’ALL NUMBER? AND SHE TOLD ME, then I SHOWED HER my call log AND SAID LIKE I SAID I JUST CALLED 30 minuets ago.! She said well we don’t have it sorry.! And one of the bes in there is gong to try to be funny and say well I have one she can use if she is in need of one.... I looked at her and looked at the other b cause they were laughing and I said no I didn’t come for that.! like b*h do it look like I’m laughing.?! I have ben a verizon customer for 15 years I have always paid my bills 700.00 plus I have always upgraded with them today I went in to see bout upgrading 1 phone and adding another and the gentleman that helped me must of Ben in a hurry to leave because I gave him my number and he just kept blowing the screen up and telling me that the one time my card declined that I will not be able to get a phone on credit I was mad I said then I will just cancel all my lines and go else where he just said you do you I just work here instead of trying to help me I just told him I wanted Beth she helps me overtime im in here he said good then I can get out of here and start rudely talking in Spanish to the girl I under stand they have 1000000 of customers but I shouldn't be dismissed like that long story short Beth got me both phones and I will stay with Verizon a Lil longer plus this is the new manger there we are a small town so he needs to be a Lil bit nicer to customers so he doesn't drive all the...

Came to upgrade my phone. I asked a lot of questions such as rebates and discounts. The customer service rep (Ashley) didn't offer any. Upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. A few weeks later while at an actual Verizon store, I was informed that this phone had a $1000 discount with a trade in. This upset me because Ashley at this Russell cellular store cost me $1000. Had I been informed, I would have traded in my old working a flawless cellphone. I later came back to this Russell and respectfully expressed my frustration with her. I was also here to look into a magsafe attachment for this android phone. She informed me I could go buy this in odessa. I told her straight up, I live an hour from odessa, am working in monahans, I don't have time to go to odessa. She told basically acted rude and told me to wait for the other rep to help me.
