Rude people work here I called for an accessory and they said they had it then when I went 40 miles btw they said they didn’t know what I was talking about so then I showed them I just got off the phone with you and I EVEN CALLED BEFORE I WENT UP THERE SO I WOULDNT MAKE A FREAKING BLANK TRIP CAUSE IT WILL PISS ME OFF CAUSE I LIVE SO FAR.! A few weeks later while at an actual Verizon store, I was informed that this phone had a $1000 discount with a trade in. This upset me because Ashley at this Russell cellular store cost me $1000. Had I been informed, I would have traded in my old working a flawless cellphone. I later came back to this Russell and respectfully expressed my frustration with her. I was also here to look into a magsafe attachment for this android phone. She informed me I could go buy this in odessa.
