HTeaO - Monahans — Restaurant in Monahans

Only reason I went here was the place is because PJ’s Coffee in Monahans is closed due to spring break. Never heard of HTeaO until I moved to Abilene, Texas 2 years ago. Guess there’s a reason I never seen one in Arizona: hard to hear the drive-thru speaker, ordered a “regular large mocha” but order was screwed up and was handed a large ice tea (could have gotten the same thing at QT for $2 less and it would have tasted better) and that beverage that tasted like dirty water strained thru a sock. First time and last time I’ll ever waste my money at an HTeaO, and first and last time I’ll ever go to one. This company would be better off closing this place and letting a Starbucks move in, or turn this location...

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I ordered a tea thinking it was half price, but it turned out the promotion was actually "buy one, get one free." I was charged full price, so I asked about it. The staff explained that the deal had recently changed. I’m a frequent customer when visiting town and it’s hit or miss on the friendliness of this store. Once I was rudely told I need to order ahead to get a gallon of tea. Recently, I asked if I could have extra ice(since there was room in cup) and since it was 100+ degrees here and there was very little ice. She said she would have to charge me 90 cents.
