Chris, to be fair it should’ve been a 3 star not 2 so i put 4 on this one. Here is my say: By “overpriced” I meant that you were about $40 more then other shops near me. I just happened to be in your area and desperately needed my phone to conduct business. Not caring what it cost to do so. “lack of punctuality” - you said to be back in two hours which i did. Leaving a job 20miles away to do so. When i got there, you took the phone from the desk and proceeded to work on it while i waited for 30-40 more minutes. Phone was flashing on and off and i said its normal for the POS apple phone i had. But it did turn on with a black line through the screen and half screen not touch operable. I panicked because i needed to answer many texts and calls i accumulated. So i called and was told you was out and that youd call when in office again. Not heard from you since. I ended up going to the shop near me and paying another 100$ to get another screen put on. After i spent 144$ couple hours prior. Also i was told by that shop that the button mechanism is not available unless you purchase one from apple and costs, well easier to by a new phone. if that is incorrect then i apologize for offending you and questioning your knowledge in that department. I had this place about a year ago do some simple data recovery from a hard drive (just photos and documents and tranfer them to another drive as a back up - total transferred was like 10gigs - when i tried to access those files on the new drive my pc was unable to even access the files - I was charged 110$ and nothing was achieved - then today I call about a simple reinstall of windows 7 on a gaming pc build that had nothing more then a previous windows 7 install that wouldnt update - nothing more on the pc - not one extra program or file - the price they quoted was more then twice anywhere else I had called for the same work - zum- dc- teknyka all in salem - were from 90$ to 110$ and they quoted 235$ not going to support a local at over twice the cost especially after already feeling priced gouged on the previous hard drive backup - my previous pc tech was either flat rate or very reasonable on pricing unfortunately he went to work fulltime as the IT guy for a...

I love this company! It's veteran owned and operated and their slogan is awesome, "Why call a geek when you can call a professional?" I brought my computer in for a clean up, both physically (dust and dirt) and operationally (it was getting slow). Their customer service was exceptional, even with the chaos of bringing 4 kids along with me. They let me know that more memory would be helpful but if I plan on buying a new one soon they would just use it as it is. So they aren't trying to push unnecessary sales. When I asked about buying a new computer through them they gave me a price less than what I was looking at on Amazon and Costco. When it's time to buy new, I will with out a doubt be buying through them. I can tell them what I will use it for and they can help me find the best computer for my needs.
