Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Monmouth

Dutch bros are all almost the same, and we have been to a lot of them,but this is one is not great. If we are going to any area that has a dutch bros. we skip this place and wait until we get to a different one.

The drinks are not consistent. We generally get blended/iced rebels the 911, or a kicker. the flavors are consistently off. It is a little bit of roulette, sometimes you get what you asked for, sometimes it is a different drink due to the ratios of the syrups. We have gotten a kicker without any sweetness more than once.

This is one of the slowest DB's I have been too. They have two lines, but it takes a long time to get through either one. The baristas are nice, but it does not really make up for the time it takes to get my...

Not only are the drinks delicious, but the service is great. I love that the broistas know us by name/vehicles and quite often will have our drink waiting for us when they see us pull up before taking our order (good for them we always order the same thing!). Before moving to Oregon, I had never heard of Dutch Bros. Now I have family across the country wanting to come back to visit again because they enjoyed their drinks so much. Not that they miss me or anything....haha.

P.s. go to the original in Grant's Pass some time to try the ice cream! I believe it's the only location that serves it and it's pretty tasty! And there's tons of shirts, stickers, hoodies, etc to pick up while...

Went there the day before Christmas at around 4:45pm (they were closing at 5pm) and once I pulled to the line which wasn’t long at all there were like 3 cars ahead of me, one of the staff blocked the line off with the orange cones. When I asked do you guys close at 5? She told me “yes, and and I’m blocking off the line to serve them” meaning the other people ahead in line and then walks away. Was very disappointed and even brought it up to their attention by sending them a message on FB.
