Wow, will not be back ever. It’s like they try to make things as difficult as possible.

Pros:

While the music was bad (like most dispos currently) it was atleast at a volume where I could hear the budtender.

Cons:

Menu- The budtender informed me as I tried to order that many of the items I came in for are online only (she told me it says that specifically online- it does not), I called back to the store from the parking lot and asked how to tell if an item was online only and was told ‘the menu on the website is all online only, there is no in store walk in menu and they can’t discuss specific items over the phone’. - So how am I supposed to walk in knowing what I want to buy and not hold up the line ?

Being able to see the product- There is no simple sample area that shows what flower they currently have and at what tier, instead they have a bunch of bags 6ft back from where customers stand in black tubs or on hooks with no chance of being able to read them. (Again this is a place that doesn’t list their ‘in store’ menu online, and also does not have a list of instore options offered when you arrive, just an ipad at the point of sale that was set to show ‘deals’ )

Product- (flower) My Oz weighed 27.4g , my 8th did weigh 3.6.. but they open the bags repeatedly to let everyone stick their nose in the bag. Quality I can’t say because I looked at only 5 or so bags and some looked ok, some looked like trash.

Politeness- Non existent.. Makayla was my budtender and seemed irritated that I did not already know exactly what I want (read menu con above). Also seemed irritated that I was looking for pure indicas and while the useless website had some items listed as indica, she kept bringing me stuff and saying this is indica hybrid or just hybrid and that they didn’t have pure indica in categories I asked about. ( I was looking at lower tier items because I have often been disappointed with higher tier offerings so I go with plans to buy many low tier items and hope I find atleast one thing that suits my needs).

First time deals- There are zero, they told me if i wanted a free preroll to do a review real quick.. no thanks, I’ll do this honest review instead for helping others, not for a preroll.

Overall - I would not recommend going here. Between the menu issues (no, I do not want to register online, thank you), and the way the staff talks to you… it simply was not an enjoyable experience.

Put it this way, I walked in with up to 220$ as a budget. I spent less than 60$ and only because I had already driven there and one item was only available as an Oz, I would have walked out spending 14$ if that was not the case.

This place could do so much better, but they choose not...

First visited today, 06/20/25. Very pleased with entire experience! Visited under suggestion of friend who is regular customer. They gave me their own opinion of, and warnings as well of what to expect from their past visits. I was pleased to see upon arriving (of all days to go Friday afternoon in summer with great weather 💩 nutz) I hit the jackpot and had next to zero wait time! Known for long lines & wait time due to popularity, but somehow I was spot on for timing! As I left tho the lot was filling and lotsa folks were starting to show. Within minutes we were called to the counter by Dylan, a sales associate... which I learned later the correct term was a "bud tender" 😆! This is the best part of my visit! Dylan was not only polite, he was also very knowledgeable of a multitude of products, as well as informative on current sales & special deals. His upbeat personality welcomed my krazy old lady twisted humor, which was awesome cuz the entire transaction just flowed without issue and our conversing was a lot of fun because he had spot on people-reading skills! There were multiple "specials & deals" I happily took advantage of as far as my bank account would let me 😂 and I am looking forward to making a return visit all based on my first impression of everything! I would think all the reps (bud tenders lol) are equally as skilled as Dylan, but gotta say, he's...

Never thought I was going to have to write this one for this dispensary. Especially after another dispensary didn't honor what they had on Weedmaps and they said "if it's on paper or Weedmaps. They have to honor it.

Now, into today and the actual review. I proceeded with the coupon provided in the pictures. It does not specify which pre rolls you are allowed to have during that deal. They said the only ones I can pick out is from the 70 for $49 shelf pre rolls. If that's the case, you literally save one penny by purchasing 17 for $12 instead of 79 for $49. Very disappointed. Started referring a lot of people again. Not no more. What a fraud. I asked the manager "if crave posts and says this ounce is $60 but you go in there and it's $85, what is that called?" He replied "false advertising". Well, it's exactly what they did and are doing. I'll be taking this one to the state for false advertisement.

Also, you can say you don't print your flyers and deals, that's fine and I understand that but you definitely get a proof before you approve the flyers. If the owner would like to speak to me, look up my info and contact me. No store manager please because that didn't help in store. Thanks.

Called back yesterday as requested and I was told they would get back with me. They didn't. Still waiting for the call back in 5-10 minutes one...
