Tech Experts — Local services in Monroe Charter Township

Bought a computer from them about 5 years ago ,had a warranty problem after about a year after purchase and they took care of it with no problems 5 stars. Got a virus and it was since they are still a Microsoft Partner if I had any problems they would fix it . To my surprise found out they decided not to service what they sold to residential customers. Very adamant going to service commercial customers only. When I was in retail and provided services "I GOT YOUR MONEY SO I GOT YOUR PROBLEMS" old school way of doing business. Only reason I did not give them ONE STAR is they had a tech call me and give me some advice. Note they are honest - competent at what they do first class when they serviced me. But if this company deiced to exclude former customers like myself it could happen again they seem not to have a problem with...
