This place has really gone downhill. They just seem to choose to wait for the rest of the asphalt to crumble, so they can smooth the gravel.

Nice little complex. My 2 Daughters take a tumbling class there. My Son used to take karate classes in that complex as well. They could stand to do some parking lot improvements. It's a bit rough in a lot of areas. Having a nicer parking lot might also attract some more...
