I had a fantastic experience! I recently started working from home, switching from a job where I used to stand for 8-9 hours a day. Sitting at a desk all day was staring to WRECK my back. I had done all this research online about the Herman Miller Aeron chairs, and I called to see if this store carried them. Morris, a salesperson there, was super helpful and quick to answer my questions on the phone, and invited me down to the store to check out what they had. Morris was fantastic. I've worked in sales for just under a decade, and Morris is one of the finest salespeople I have met! He was exceptionally friendly, listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my many, many questions, and encouraged me to take my time and sit in as many chairs as I wanted to, for as long as I needed to make sure my decision was the right one. Even though I came in looking for a Herman Miller (a very expensive chair), Morris recommended many other options at multiple price brackets. I ended up selecting a different chair than what I came in for, but he showed me how every lever and knob worked, and even got me someone to help load the chair into my car. I could not be happier with my new chair, or my experience here. I highly recommend this place for when you need office furniture. Stuff like desks and chairs are things that you need to see in person to buy, its very difficult to tell the quality of what you're getting without testing it out. Best part of it all? They have a warranty that covers my chair for 5 years. No waiting on hold, no shipping things out, just bringing the chair in to a friendly store and they take care of everything from there. I was looking for an ergonomic desk chair for along time spending countless hours on the web trying to figure out what chair was right for me. I live in Manhattan and I could not find a place to try any chairs except for the very high end. Found NJ Office Furniture Depot on line and decided to take a car ride and I am glad I did! The showroom was immaculate and they had great choices having several options in the mid price range! Worked with Morris who was knowledgable, personable, but not pushy and allowed me to take my time. Bought a "Morris" ergonomic desk chair that has multi function mid backseat slider options. Having passed this business numerous times over the years, I knew just where I wanted to take a look to get a new chair for my husband‘s office. Very pleased with the displays and the knowledge of owner Michael Cohen. Husband was able to try out several chairs. That was very important to us because he has had back surgery several times and it was necessary that he actually try out a chair before we could make a decision. We chose one that is apparently a best seller and recommended by owner Michael Cohen. Showroom is well-lit and clean and products are well-displayed.
