I did not end up purchasing anything from this establishment, because of the amazing customer service I received.

I needed to get a ring resized for my wedding, which at that time was 11 days away. The owner, Greg, told me how much it would cost to get the ring resized, which was exactly what I expected to pay. He proceeded to tell me that I should take the ring to Kay's, because they should resize it for free, since I purchased it from them. Long story interrupted, I found out I had a lifetime warranty, which would have been voided if I went along and had Greg resize it. I hope that was his wife, because she was amazing as well. The two embodied what great customer service is truly about; helping the customer feel satisfied. I regret purchasing at Kay's instead of Williamstown Diamonds Jewelry. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

I just picked up my second repair and I can not say enough about how awesome, caring, and thoughtful they are. They treat their customers as family. My wife was heartbroken when my wedding present to her 13 years ago, a Diamond tennis bracelet clasp was broken. Today I was able to give it to her again, and I would have paid ten times what I was charged for the repair when I saw her face when she realized she could wear the bracelet again. I was hoping to have the bracelet back in time for Christmas knowing that this is a very busy season and was completely blown away that is was done so quickly. Greg not only gave me a fabulous price he suprised me in how he took my wedding and engagement rings in the morning to adjust my rings from a size 6.5 to a size 6. I just dropped them off before noon and had them sparking ready before 5 pm that same day. Once He presented my rings to me I was in awe of outstanding they both looked. Absolutely stunning.
