Disappointed with Edwin Cruz

I hired Edwin Cruz to complete construction work for my project, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite assurances and agreements, they repeatedly failed to fulfill their contractual obligations, causing significant delays (over one year !)and financial losses.

Edwin Cruz breached the contract by not completing the work on time and misappropriated funds intended for the project for their own business purposes. They caused multiple delays and even requested that I co-sign a loan for them, further indicating their inability to fulfill their obligations.
