I ordered the carnitas two days in the same week and while the food was great, the portions were inconsistent.

First day- a good sized piece of pork, I traded out the rice for a second serving of beans and the guacamole for avocado slices (they gave me three). I was asked what kind tortillas I wanted, I selected corn. Also it took about three times as long to get our food compared to the second day.

Second day- double the amount of meat, which was surprising but great, same double beans and trading out for the avocado (this time I was given one slice). I wasn't asked what kind of tortillas I wanted, so I was going to specify when the waitress came back around. When she did it was with my food, so I asked about the tortillas and she said they don't come with them but she would give me them at no charge.

Anyway, the pork and tortillas were awesome and the prices are great, but just keep things a bit more uniform. I just like to know what to expect instead of explaining things when I...

The Food Is Excellent & We Always Have A Wonderful Server (Except Once But We Won’t Count That lol) The Downsides Are Prices Are Pretty Steep/Expensive & In Order For My Family To Get Our Veteran/Military Discount We ALL Have Or Military ID Cards (Even Our Minor Child.) Or ONLY The Person Or Select Members Of My Family That Remembered To Bring Theirs To Dinner Will Get Their Discount. Don’t Get Me Wrong I’m Eternally Grateful This Discount Exist Or We Wouldn’t Be Able To Afford To Eat Here EVER (This Is Why I’m Giving 3 Stars & Not 2.) It’s Just Frustrating When All 5 Or 6 Of Us Have To Make Sure Each One Has Our IDs. Thankfully We Are Lifetime Card Carrying Members. I Would Like To Think If My Husband & I Both Have Ours Then Our Kids Shouldn’t Be Required To Show Theirs, Remember Theirs, Or Make Sure They Carry It Into A...

I really enjoyed everything here. I had The Amigos meal and it was delicious! Number one, I'd like to thank them for putting enough cheese sauce on the meal. I hate it when I have to ask for more then you're charged for it. They got it right the first time. The dish consists of a bed of rice with chicken, shrimp, steak, and veggies ( onion, bell peppers and tomatoes) I opted not to have the steak on mine. Everything was seasoned well. I was not able to finish my food because of the margarita!!! It was so good. I had strawberry-mango mixed together. Ok then I had a shooter also but that's besides the point( shot of tequila inside a test tube)🤣 They had some games playing on the TV which we loved as well. Good times, good people, good food, and ohhhh Brandon was our server and he was EVERYTHING!!! I shall...

I am a long haul truck driver that pulls oversized loads and have been parked outside this restaurants across the street for 3 days. The restaurant was obviously a good choice when you drive up and see the parking lot full and the overflow lot across the road being used by locals nightly. I went in for lunch and dinner 4 times in 3 days, even though I had other options in walking distance, including a Texas BBQ restaurant. The food quality, attention to customer service and the price point is all bang on. I will in the future anticipate my return here and enthusiastically recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a Mexican restaurant, even someone that cannot handle a lot of spice. They have options for someone with a low tolerance to spice here. Thank you to the staff and management.

Today was my 1st visit but I know I'll be back! My server was Kayla who was very friendly & polite (food seems to taste better with a side order of free smiles). My food was being brought out by the time I had read the reviews. I saw a pretty bad review by another reader & was worried at 1st, but I did a little digging & noticed he's almost ALWAYS negative when he reviews a restaurant so I disregarded his comments categorically. Some of the reviews say the food is bland, which I can only agree with if you're looking for SPICY food. What I had was more flavorful than it was spicy-hot & I thought it was a tasty trade off. I normally don't like salsa if it's not what I call "slightly disrespectful hot" but theirs is a perfect balance.
