I visited with my family and it was well worth the stop! The tour was very informative and the staff/volunteers running it were incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful. My kids enjoyed learning about dairy, cheese, and cheesemaking as well as seeing all the cheesemaking equipment and photographs. The tour included two videos on cheesemaking and its history, and they even have an old train car to go inside! I would love to go back sometime when they do a cheesemaking demonstration. The restored century-old cheese factory on-site was well preserved and incredible to see. We spent between an hour and a half to two hours there and left with a great education on cheesemaking!
