Rowdys — Restaurant in Monroe

Having recently visited, I will warn you in advance- this is a townie bar. Which is unfortunate. Honestly I had very high hopes for this place.

When I came in, as an outsider- I felt like quite the specimen. Every eye in the bar was on me. It was extremely uncomfortable.

I ordered my usual, a Miller lite and a double Jim beam neat. My bartender poured the glass to nearly full: Trust me- I am not one to complain about an especially full glass of Whiskey, but Jesus Christ. The portions here could get a platoon drunk.

Truly I do wish this bar the best of luck. But I do recommend if you’re passing...
