Ole Soccer Training Center — Local services in Monroe

On April 15, we paid for the summer soccer camp. On May 29, they reached out and informed me that due to an issue with their lease agreement, the camp at Fairfield had been canceled. They clearly stated that a full refund would be issued if we are not willing to go to other locations.

I responded on May 31 to request the refund. Since then, I have followed up six times. (2 emails and 4 phone calls). They always responded in exactly the same way - took my name, and said will call me back. It is July 29 and nobody ever reached out once. I had to reach out to my bank to reverse the transaction. And they did it within 12 hours (great job Chase btw ! ). I understand that camps sometimes might be cancelled due to various reasons. It is however unacceptable to not refund your customers for services never performed. ...

Apprently it's a beautiful thing during the summer watching their girls clapping and cheering after causing head and neck trauma to our goalie, knocking her unconscious. Coaches and parents were no better. Dirty play, horrific coaches that encourage it. I'd be happy to send medical bills to the club after your player kicked her in the face and then kneed her in the back of the head and neck after she fell to the ground. And then to hear that the coaches biggest concern is that the offsides goal wasn't counted. Also second year that these coaches started arguments with our coaches causing an even uglier scene. Shameful what they teach...

I just hosted my son's birthday party at Ole in Monroe and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything from the initial inquiry, to the party planning, to the party itself was so seamless. Melissa was our party host on the day and was so engaged, organized, and helpful that we couldn't have asked for anything more. The space itself was incredible to host a party, with a playscape, an indoor field, a wonderful party room, etc.!...
