Brand new facility, competitive price and great for all ranks. I started training BJJ here in the beginning of January with almost no martial arts experience. Before signing up, I visited and was immediately impressed by the size and state-of-the-art feel. I was welcomed by not only Coach Thiago, but the entire class. I observed the routine and wasted no time before signing up. Once on the mats, it’s clear BJJ here is as much as a community sport as competitive- Coaches and higher ranks took time to ensure I am learning basic technique. Cruvinel Brothers Jiu-Jitsu has been an amazing place for my 5-year-old and 3-year-old to stay active while learning valuable life skills. My 7 year old loves BJJ at Cruvinel. He attends the Monroe location. Everyone is so friendly from the front desk staff to the coaches. There are levels based on age and the coaches work with each student, many times even 1:1, until they have mastered the skills. It is definitely equal parts fun and learning. The respect expected from each student is also Demonstrated by all coaches. I love to support a family run business and this one makes everyone feel like family.
