Tried to pick up a medication. They said it wasn’t available and only had a partial refill (5 pills). Paid for prescription with the plan to pick up remainder in a couple days. Returned to store 3 days later, was told it would be ready the next day. Retuned the following day and was again told it would be ready the next day. Returned the next day, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Returned several hours later was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Returned to the counter and was told it was on back order and wouldn’t be available for 10 days! Was told to go to urgent care , which we would be billed for and it closed in 10 minute, and ask for a new prescription! This is all at 8pm because we were under the assumption that it was ready so we did our other errands first. Pharmacist was very unhelpful. Wrong dates, wrong scripts, wrong customer, no stock, no communication, no accountability for pharm techs giving out inaccurate info or wrong meds. Scripts aren't ready when they say they will be. Constant "insurance issues" but my insurance is just fine.
