I would like to first start out by saying that my 2 experiences at this establishment were so amazing that I in fact signed up for a google account JUST to write a 5 star review. At 34 years old I have never been to a place or bought a product that I was so pleased with that I actually wrote a review till now!

To try and condense this review I will simply try to explain it in the shortest version possible without sacrificing authenticity.

I bought a 2017 Honda Pioneer 1000 from these guys while working in the area. Salesman was amazing and very straightforward with zero pressure. Fast forward 2 years and I had a small issue with my side by side. Being from south Louisiana I opted to not drive the 3 hours back to have these guys work on it. HUGE mistake!! The Honda shop I went to (rather not say the name) really messed me around and tried to play me for a fool. Was a simple electrical issue that they tried to say required a complete tear down and ample amount of non warranted work to. After 6 weeks of them “tryin” to find out what was truly wrong I had enough. I eventually got tired of the games and went pick it up to drive almost 3 hours outta state to go back to East Side Honda. They QUICKLY diagnosed problem as a simple wiring harness recall. Changed that part and alerted me to 4 other recalls that Honda had out on particular model that the other shop neglected to tell me about. Within a week and a half of me dropping it off they performed several hours of quality work start to finish and had me back running.

Long story short, they honored their warranty no questions asked and performed 4 other recalls unbeknownst to me. Fast, knowledgeable and honest are the very first words that come to mind when I think of this place. I will gladly drive the 3 hours any and every time I need servicing or to purchase items! Place is awesome, service is great and employees are equally amazing!

Would recommend this business to anyone and everyone no matter how far the drive!! Hope this helps...

I cannot say enough good things about East Side Honda in Baytown! I was looking for the perfect Christmas gift for my son and they didn't disappoint. Customer Service was Excellent and J Rod my salesman made everything painless. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Everything was completed and loaded up in less time than most pizza shops can deliver a pizza! Brain the sales manger was VERY friendly and made everything clear and easy to understand regarding financing, payments, and warranty. Also, when I was in need of help with accessories, to keep little man safe, the parts department was very helpful. They insured that I had the proper gear and helmet to make sure it will be a awesome and safe Christmas Morning!!! CLASS ACT ALL THE WAY AROUND and I would recommend them to anyone! Great Job...

I recently took my 2018 Goldwing Tour in for a rear tire change. The shop opened at 9:00 but I didn't arrive until about 9:10. Everyone was helpful getting me signed in and ready to go and while I was walking around the dealership waiting. I was fully expecting an hour and a half to two hour wait for the work to be done to my bike. I was wrong. When I got on my bike to.leave, after paying and setting up my rebate from Dunlop for the tire, it was only 10:02. Very quick service indeed!

UPDATE!!!

I just took my 2018 Goldwing Tour in to have the air filter changed and the valve clearances checked. They did the work in 3 hours. 3 HOURS! Never mind some b.s. where they want to keep the bike for 2 or 3 weeks. Call Eastside, make an appointment and get the work done quickly, at a fair price,...
