Francis really cares about what she does and cares greatly about her customers! I recently just got Lipo 360 and bought two fajas. When I got home I struggled getting them on (initially I thought maybe I got too small of a size). The next day when I was on the phone with Francis, she offered to exchange the sizes but she had a feeling that I was going to be able to get them on with her help. When I went to her store, she was able to help me get it on and show me proper technique when putting on a new Faja.
