We called to place an order to go around 9:10 pm. We arrive around 9:40 pm to pick up the food through the drive through but the lady didn’t even bother to open the window and looked annoyed that we were there. She just used her hands to show they were closed and rolled her eyes. It was honestly very rude and confusing since online states they close at 10pm.
My husband either way enters the restaurant seeing that the lady isn’t going to help us and tells her he ordered food to go. She looked surprised but goes to the cash register so my husband can pay. We think she gave our food away to another customer that was eating in the restaurant because the customer tells my husband that he has our food and hands it to him. The lady wasn’t the one that handed our order and we found it odd our plate wasn’t in the kitchen.
