Though the quality of the shop fits in well with the aesthetics of the lovely Montecito, the management is absolutely horrendous. The woman there, who I'm assuming was the owner, seems to treat those around her as though they are "beneath" her. I watched her yell at the top of her lungs at one of the people next door simply for doing their job!! I could not believe it. On top of that, their attitude carried over into their workplace where they would not even give me the time of day when I walked in. I will absolutely NOT be recommending this shop to anyone else.
