Like Dreams — Local services in Monterey Park

My wife bought a purse in a store in the Denver Airport and after a few days the strap sewing came loose.

We live in Los Angeles and the company that imports these purses happens to be in Los Angeles. So I called the company and what a "SHOCKER" they are no help what so ever. They want me to ship it to the retailer in Denver so they can ship it to Los Angeles then to Denver then back to Los Angeles where we live. How ridiculous!!!!

The customer service is horrible and they don't care about their customers so we will not be buying anymore of their products. Thank you for selling your Chinese junk to us and not standing behind...
