Great hike, very beautiful and not difficult.

However dog owners beware!!! This hike is full of foxtails, a plant that can be deadly for dogs. I took my dog here and then was picking them out of my clothes as someone told me about how dangerous they are for pups. You will not be able to avoid them, they are everywhere.

Love this hiking trail! The trail is divided up into four sections, crossing 4 blocks. The trail is short, about half a mile so walking to the end and back to your car is about a mile. There's not a lot of people so it's very serene. I think it's a great trail to walk alone or with a pet. Also, lots of grass. The trail also has its terrains, going up...

Small gem of open space for the residents of Monterey Park... especially for those in the eastern part. This is a short trail in between houses and below power lines that the city maintains to a semi-wild standard. Great for walks,...

There's not a lot of people so it's very serene. I think it's a great trail to walk alone or with a pet. Also, lots of grass. The trail also has its terrains, going up and down hills.

Nice, peaceful, quiet, it takes you through a hillside of a neighborhood alongside the electrical towers, so it's not as nature-y or challenging, but a easy stroll.
