All of the 5 star reviews are accurate I give it 4 stars to get u to read my review about someone in the mpk area that drives a white pick up old truck and fills it with metal and electronics and other stuff. This man in his 50/60s parks his truck and watches very young girls and teen girls. The acquaintance 's kid now just 16 has been asking questions by this guy park outside their apt driveway when she comes home. Sometimes he has left if she asks me questions about how to go somewhere the sane question he has just asked her - about directions how to get somewhere (when she was 13/14), sometimes i hear the end of their talks because he sometimes parks at at entryway to the driveway where its visibile whether or not any of her family members are presumably home.. If she comes late or she arrives as he passed by, he will reverse the truck and put e lights until she goes inside or goes where the cars are parked -- again I emphasis this part, he will reverse his truck after or before she can be seen from street corner. He uses Wilcox Ave more than Fulton. It is a old loud clangy pickup not a worktruck like the county animal shelters use with the boxes in the back. I see no tattoos. As of this morning he has a mustache January 30 2024. What bothers me also is sometimes there is a passenger - I can't see that far into his seats- but only he drives and chats with girls not just mark keppel students , Alhambra high students too. Even in 2024, some teens don't know that they should not answer any questions that they probably dont ask themselves at any given moment esp. if it's a stranger who is parking so close to home and surrounded by people who he could ask or chat with but picks her/them.3 years ago when she was 12/13 he would drive his truck way into the driveway and talk to her on his way out. He does not park in front when she is with a group of peers in that part...
Read moreGreat park to bring your kids. The playground this relatively new and because it's next to a hill, it gets nice shade for a good part of the day.
The pool is a salt water pool so no stink of clorine. The pool staff is friendly and helpful.
Thursdays they have a farmers market. The market is new so there's not that many vendors. But if you want to get something good to eat and bring your children to a nice park, this is the place to do it. My daughter like to sample the fruit while I shop...
