Sugar Shack — Local services in Montgomery

If I can give 0 stars I would. Poor poor customer services, never greeted when entering in the business. Took 3 car loads of family down to support small black business. Never will I ever!! I was embarrassed!! kitchen staff sweating HOT taking anger on customers, prices increased, quality decreased. We ordered nachos and the chips were stale for all 3. Oatmeal pie was stale dated, cream was super stiff after opening and biting. Eww the candy to lollipops were all stuck to its wrapper. If you want to support, please make sure you are ready. This is not Al: I am real and I care about this place too much that's why it took multiple chances to do a review. Tried calling on several occasions NO answer or call back. Word of advice: customer services is number 1 within any business or org. No good service some of us wouldn't want to continue shopping to support. My 3 car loads won't ever come back!
