Server came to window after sitting for 2 minutes. Wiping her face and chewing. Did not listen to me instead was over talking to upcharge.lied about the prices and food. Did not listen order was wrong. Then it took 18 minutes food was on counter but I had to pull up so the next car could get their order in. I said no and she repeated herself as soon as I said refund the order is ready. How? Manager said no refund in cash which I paid in cash. I definitely need that to be in the menu board I would never spend money where they give out store credit. I don’t want to come back what I’m do with it. I would never tell s1 to go there. Food was 0/10. Manager having a sweet voice didn’t turn my frustrations around. I couldn’t get my cash back is a big red flag. My first and last time going. I ordered 1 catfish basket, 1 shrimp basket with okra instead of fries, 1 whiting basket and 1 daiquiri which came out to $51. 28. I received tilapia instead of catfish. I called and was told to take a picture and show it to her tomorrow. She will decide whether to fix me another catfish basket. That was my fault for not checking the food before I left. Was passing by on my way to Prattville and saw this place for the first time. I decided to order takeout on my way home. I ordered the Summer Feast with the Catfish and Shrimp. There was a slight issue with my order so the GM contacted me to fix it. She (Anna) wad extremely friendly and professional and included a complimentary drink for my inconvenience. The staff was also very friendly. There's not a lot of good seafood in Montgomery and this was maybe the best I've had while living here. Before ordering I read some of the reviews.
