China Moon — Restaurant in Montgomery

Call in for an order of food. The lady I spoke to seem to rush me off the phone. I sent my love one to pick up the order. The order was missing something I stated loud and clear on the phone. I called back stood outside in my truck. To explain why the didn't get my order right. She begin to be rude to me and try to rush me back off the phone until, I told her that I was outside their store. So, by this time I went into the store in stated that I was tried of them as well as other stores getting my order wrong. She call herself charging me and then offerring the meal for free. All I wanted is an apology for getting my order wrong. She showed no empathy at all. When she did apologize it was very in sincere. I was once a loyal customer of this store. I will never order another meal from them again. They don't even deserve the one star because the customer service...

Overall the place was vary clean. The meal was good and the staff was friendly. Only issue I had was I requested my rice to have no vegetables and it came with pees, carrots, and onions, this was a bit of an inconvenience as they closed just after I left. Very well possible my arriving 20 minutes before they closed caused my exclusion request to go unnoticed.

Food was good. I would recommend if taking out at night just before closing to take it to the next available rest area or to the truck stop at the next exit, As I was approached a few times by baggers...

This is a quick stop Chinese restaurant. No frills, hefty portions for fair prices. They also so party trays.The staff are a friendly, hardworking crew who make descent meals. They accept credit and cash. Pictures of almost all the dishes the can make on the walls inside the building. I wouldn’t recommending “eating in” here as the ambiance is not conducive for a sit down meal as supported by the lack of tables, bars on the windows, and questionable characters in the parking lot. This is an order-carry out-or take home to eat...
