Bulldog Gym 24/7 Fitness — Local services in Monticello

Currently leaving only 3 stars because I've got mixed feelings about my experience with Bulldog Gym. The facility and equipment are great. However... Long story short, I've paid for 3 months of membership when I'd been in communication with staff about pausing payments since I have an injury and can't use the facility right now.

I requested to speak with an owner in November, and it's gone downhill from there. I missed her 1st call. I called back and left a message. I was never contacted again. I called today to follow up on things and was advised I since had missed her call back again, nothing can be done. I've verified in my phone and with my service provider that I never missed another call from that number. I texted the owner that originally called me with my response, I am now waiting for their reply.

I'm disappointed they'd lie instead of speaking to me directly to help. It's not that complicated.

Edited to include more information in response to the Gym's reply: It was never clarified that there's even a policy regarding medical emergencies. What was understood by both parties was that my condition is ongoing. I was supposed to call back with updates when I had any and try to speak with Alisha because she was most informed to keep updating the next payment date. There was never a set or confirmed "end of medical emergency" period. To keep things transparent, the photo here in my updated review is the entire call history. I missed Renae's call November 18 because I was at my dying uncle's bedside. That piece of info was also communicated when I called the gym back Nov 25 for further assistance. I've emailed this info and additional screenshots of the call history to the gym as well to verify that I've done what was requested of me by keeping the staff informed.

Great work out space serving a smaller community but offering everything you would find at high end gyms. Staff is very nice! Patrons are friendly and consider others pleasantly when I was there. Clay, whom seems to manage the facility is usually nearby for helping with any questions and is extremely pleasant and professional. Onsite personal trainer available by appointment. Tanning bed, dry sauna, spin classes, aerobics classes and a whole schedule of other popular work out regimens. Definitely...

I really enjoy the family atmosphere at Bulldog gym in Monticello, GA. I love the variety of classes that are offered weekly. But for those people that prefer to work out on their own, there is a huge variety of equipment and machines, for you to make it your own experience.
