The best PCP ever!!!!! Chrystal House is simply amazing. My entire family sees her and she goes through every length possible to help coordinate our care from the tedious paperwork to the referrals to prescriptions/refills always on time!! She has the kindest most compassionate personality which is such an asset to being a great healthcare provider. Dr. Barton is simply just as wonderful with such a sense of humor often quietly behind the scenes making it all work out too! We have been beyond grateful to them and everyone else involved in our care from Cameron who does the referrals in record time to the nurses like Madison, Brittany, and Ashley who are so kind and helpful through the process and often call to check on us when the need arises! Even the receptionists like Linda can't be helpful enough when one calls to schedule an appointment or ask a question in between visits! We feel such a caring warmth from everyone we meet there. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a good PCP! They are my family's center for coordinating all our healthcare with every other specialist we see! I cannot state enough good things about them or this review would extend...

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. When I moved to the area, they were recommended to me so I made an appointment. I told them my issues and that I was looking for recommendations for a pain clinic and mental health clinic. At the end of the visit with Deborah Prathers, she gave me my recommendations but told me she could only provide my pain meds and mental health meds until I got in with the Dr she had recommended me to, which was fine. That was in August. From then untill now I have called and left messages at both places. I informed Venture Medical and requested refills on my pain meds and mental health meds. I was told that I would have to go back to my previous Dr (in Macon, GA). They did refill the meds but when they did, one of the meds they called in twice but different milligrams. Yesterday I went in for another issue and was told I was being discharged because I picked up both of the prescriptions. My issue with this is the way I was treated. Deborah Prathers treated me like I had called the medications in myself. I feel like she was trying to cover up her screw up and used me to do it. If I could give them negative...

This was my sons’ and I first ever appointment with Village Medical. We LOVE Christal House! She spent around an hour talking to me. I have severe anxiety, especially over anything health related (this was my first wellness check in 2 years) and she talked with me like I was a person, not just a patient. Took the time to listen to my concerns about myself and my boys and made my boys even feel comfortable! My youngest is terrified of doctors and she had him laughing! Shared with me personal experiences as well as facts to help me feel more at ease. Talked me into getting labs done to put my mind at ease and to allow me to take back control over my health instead of letting my anxiety control me. I have never met a doctor who truly cares about their patients more than the money. I’m so thankful to have found her, and she will have the three of us for the rest of our lives!
