Subway — Restaurant in Monticello

Extremely disappointed in this restaurant!!! Is there less than 1 Star to rate this place?!!! Unbelievable they would yell at me on the phone - then hang up on me! I called and it rang at least 10 times, expecting a prerecorded message or something how to place an order (it’s carry out only due to Covid 19), but no! I get this angry woman who answers the phone, who would not tell me how to order online. I didn’t know you couldn’t order over the phone (like you can with every other restaurant in Monticello) she said no we don’t take orders over the phone, you gotta order online. I didn’t know that I said and she scoffed at me saying “we been taking online orders for a long time why don’t you know that?” Then I asked how to order online and she just just “Bye” and hung up. Ma’am I’m sorry you’re having a bad day but dang - your manager needs to send you home so you don’t rip any other hungry patrons heads off! This place absolutely sucks. I ordered for DoorDash to pick up I paid 15.40 for a sandwich. My fiancé went to pick it up and all the lights were off and the doors were locked. The hours of the store said they close at 10 I even looked online. Turns out that they took it upon themselves to close early every Sunday. No updated hours or updated online either. This is the third time I’ve gotten here before the new closing time of 8:00pm and the doors were locked while employee was cleaning the fountain backing this time. I understand the pandemic and closing at a certain time but employees who lock the doors and don’t offer service before the listed closing time in the door (8pm) is money lost. One more person went to the door as i was typing this, only to leave and go sine where else.
