These Four Walls — Local services in Monticello

I never review places so this is a first time, but I felt compelled to recommend this location. First, I went in to browse sectionals but their actual store is a bit tiny (but they can order you furniture/customize order ect.) upon looking in their clearance section downstairs I found a pretty slick coffee table marked down $1278 dollars ?? So I snagged a really cool coffee table for the price I would have paid at Walmart or IKEA which was plan A after the sectional purchase.

Secondly, I arranged the coffee table to be delivered. I live up 4 sets of stairs, guilt is already setting in. I tell Todd the delivery guy (who conveniently is available to reach by text) that I live in a somewhat non ideal location for moving stuff. He says no problem and when he gets to my place he had a guy with him so I only had to open doors. I was already going to tip because of the stairs but they made it look so easy! Me and friends practically died moving couches up those bad boy stairs.

But here’s the kicker, THEY DENIED MY TIP, SAYING IT WAS INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE. My super discounted purchase!

Great business, great people.

Only negative side is I will always feel guilty I didn’t convince them to...

I called 8 different places in my area asking if they were AM Drew furniture retailers and everyone of them told me no. My last call was to a small place called These Four Walls and the friendly woman who answered the phone said YES.

I was looking for a specific set of end tables from the Modern Synergy line that Am Drew offers and she was able to look if they were available. She said they were so I ordered them.

A few weeks later Todd texted me and said they were in but I am in Washington. I asked if he was going to Bloomington on Monday and he said he was but it was his day off.

He still offered to meet us in Bloomington so we didn't have to make the drive to the store. WOW!!!

Going the extra mile like this deserves a review and 5 star one at that!
