Pies by Inge makes the best pies in the area. But they make a heck of a lot more: amazing cinnamon rolls, cookies, cookie bars, carrot cake, cupcakes, edible cookie dough, and gluten free desserts. Their pie selection alone is also extensive, including traditional fruit and cream pies as well as some fun "baked pies," like caramel brownie swirl or chocolate chip cookie. I've even special ordered a dairy-free pie before — and the crust was still perfect and flaky and flavorful. Pies by Inge is located in the back of the Brown Bag deli restaurant. Highly recommend Pies by Inge! I gave my daughter the gift of an experience tjis holiday and that was a baking lesson with Tracey! A delightful person, Tracy gave my daughter a lesson in confection! She was very attentive, taught her like she was teaching her own daughter, and my daughter learned many tips and tricks. Tracy kept my daughter busy the whole experience and we brought home an incredible pie and cookies. Tracy is obviously a good person in general and my daughter said her favorite part was talking with Tracy.
